A crèche in northern Luxembourg, two minutes from Belgium. For children aged 3 months to 4 years.
2 Duarrefstrooss, 9990 Weiswampach, Luxembourg 06:00 - 20:00 Pre-registrationOur nursery is located in Weiswampach, north of Luxembourg. We're right on the border with Belgium and Germany. Our nursery is 15 minutes from the town of Gouvy (Belgium), 20 minutes from the town of Saint Vith (Belgium), 10 minutes from Burg Reuland and 20 minutes from the town of Lützkampen in Germany. We are therefore on the main commuter route to Luxembourg via Wemperhardt, Marnach, Hosingen, Diekirch,...
At Léa et Léo, we accompany each child at his or her own pace, offering an environment adapted to his or her age and needs:
👶 Babies (3 months - 1 1/2 years): A secure cocoon for exploring the first senses and gently developing motor skills.
👧 Les moyens (1 and a half - 2 years): A space conducive to discovery, independence and the first collaborative games.
🧒 Les grands (2 years - 4 years): Varied activities to stimulate curiosity, creativity and prepare for confident entry into school.
They can be individual or collective, and foster the child's social, educational, cognitive, linguistic and psychomotor development. It's also through pleasure that children develop... our role is to encourage them to learn in a playful context that stimulates their senses and awakens their curiosity. Activities for older children are geared towards preparing them for school.
The day is punctuated by a variety of activities, including quiet moments such as reading a story (in French, German or Luxembourgish) or listening to classical music.
The crèche's pedagogical project is given to each family on registration.
The crèche's qualified staff will aim to meet the social, emotional, intellectual and physical needs of the children. And also ... The Klengen Haas day nursery attaches great importance to supporting and sharing with parents. Exchanges help build real trust between parents, nursery professionals and the child. We regularly organize themed activity workshops so that parents and children can share common moments at the crèche.
At Léa et Léo, we favor outdoor activities as much as possible to enable children to enjoy the benefits of nature.
The children have direct access to the garden. We try to spend as much time as possible outdoors. Weather permitting, we take our snacks outside.
At Léa et Léo, mealtime is much more than just a time for eating: it's a time for learning, sharing and independence.
At around 11:30 a.m., the children take an active part in the meal through self-service, accompanied by an educator. This approach enables them to:
🔹 Develop their autonomy by choosing and serving their meal.
🔹 Learn to listen to their appetite and respect their food sensations.
🔹 Share a convivial and educational moment with their peers.
Each child's rhythm is respected, guaranteeing a serene and caring experience.
Every morning, meals are delivered by Les Délices de Zoé, a service provider renowned for the quality and freshness of its dishes. Our menus are designed to be:
✅ Balanced and varied, adapted to the nutritional needs of young children.
✅ Prepared with quality products, giving priority to local and seasonal ingredients.
✅ Designed to awaken the taste buds, with flavors and textures adapted to toddlers.
Baby's sleep is essential to his development. To reassure the child and help him fall asleep, we read a story or listen to background music. The bedroom is a calm place with soothing colors, where he can find his bearings just like at home. Calmness prepares children for sleep: the older children take a nap after lunch. For the little ones, we respect their sleep needs and rhythms. The child's blanket and pacifier are offered to him at each nap, in order to respect his falling-asleep ritual.
At Léa et Léo, the quality of our care and support for children is based on the expertise and commitment of our early childhood professionals. All our educators are qualified and undergo ongoing training to guarantee a caring, stimulating and secure environment.
To provide the best possible support for children, our teams regularly take part in specialized training courses. These courses enable them to refine their practices and adapt to the needs of each child. Topics covered throughout the year include:
✨ S noezelen and sensory awakening - A gentle approach that encourages relaxation and discovery of the world through the senses.
🌍 Introduction to languages and plurilingualism - Cultural and linguistic openness from an early age.
💛 Emotional support - Helping children to understand and express their feelings with serenity.
🌱 Blossoming and autonomy - Encouraging each child to explore, experiment and grow with confidence.
🚑 F irst aid and safety - Train teams in emergency gestures to ensure a safe environment.
At Léa et Léo, we are committed to providing support that is increasingly adapted to the needs of toddlers. That's why we invest in the professional development of our teams, so that they can offer enriching and caring learning experiences.

In a multilingual environment, your child evolves in a linguistic context where the languages spoken are French, Luxembourgish and German, while respecting the development of the mother tongue.
Cross-border and Luxembourg parents benefit from government service vouchers, which largely cover the cost.
